Talking with God

Praying At Hope Church we believe that praying is a vital part of a relationship with God. God loves to talk to and listen to us speak with Him. Spending time with God helps us to know His plan and purpose for our life. His power transforms us and draws us closer to Him.

The Bible teaches “you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.” (Jeremiah 29:12)

Prayer Meetings

We would like to invite you to join us in one of our prayer meetings. They are held at Hope Church on Sunday morning at 8:30am, Tuesday mornings from 5-6am and Thursday mornings from 5-6am. The weekday times are a little later during school holidays. Please talk with Adrienne Erwin or Lionel Rattenbury for more information.

Prayer Team

If you would like to join the prayer team at Hope Church please talk to Adrienne Erwin. This team is a group of people committed to praying for all requests.

You are able to have people pray with you on a Sunday morning at the end of the church service.
In addition, it is also possible for someone to meet with you and pray in person if you would prefer.

Prayer Requests

A prayer request is treated with utmost confidentiality. A text message is sent to a designated team of people who are willing to pray. Once your prayer request is received it will be text to members of Hope Church’s prayer team. God hears us and will answer you.
